Administrative Procedures and Financial Penalties for Violations

Important Warnings and Administrative Penalties

The company reserves the right to take the following administrative actions in case of violations:

  • Account suspension
  • Balance reset to zero
  • Imposition of financial fines
Violations Related to Trips
  • Starting and ending a trip at the same time without providing service is prohibited regardless of the reason Fine: 1 Dinar
  • Pressing "Arrived at Location" before actually reaching the customer's location Fine: 1 Dinar
  • Requesting trip cancellation claiming the customer's number is disconnected when it's actually active Fine: 5 Dinars
  • Accepting a trip and not providing service Fine: 1 Dinar
Violations Related to Payments and Invoices
  • Charging the customer an amount higher than shown on the invoice is prohibited regardless of the reason Fine: 3 Dinars
    In case of repetition: Fine increases with temporary suspension
  • The customer must be charged the exact amount shown on the invoice before exiting the vehicle
  • The trip must be ended before charging the customer (Charging before ending the trip is prohibited)
  • No commission difference refund
Communication and Phone Instructions
  • Please ensure your phone number is active if your number is disconnected Fine: 5 Dinars with suspension until number activation
  • When accepting a trip, you must contact the customer to confirm the trip and their phone number
    If customer's number is disconnected/closed: Contact us to cancel the trip without going to the customer
Violations Requiring Severe Penalties
  • Using a vehicle not registered in the application Fine: 20 Dinars and account suspension
  • Accepting trips outside the application Fine: 100 Dinars
  • Two persons using the same account Fine: 100 Dinars
  • Asking customers to sit in the front seat Fine: 10 Dinars
General Guidelines and Instructions
  • If you wish to cancel a trip, please contact us through technical support via the application
  • Please ensure your readiness to receive requests before accepting an order
  • If the account is not opened for 120 days, it will be automatically closed

⚠️ Simply setting the application to "Online Now" status is considered acceptance of the company's policy and application rules

The application management reserves the right to modify, add, or delete rules at any time deemed appropriate
